The Founder

Tata Wirba Usmaila is a visionary leader and social entrepreneur who was born on December 30, 1989, in Lam-Mbiame, located in the Northwest Region of Cameroon. He is the founder of the Mbiame New Vision Multipurpose Farming and Development Association, which was established in 2011 and gained its legal status as a youth-led nonprofit organization in 2013.

Tata is known for his passion for community development and his commitment to humanitarian response. He possesses a deep understanding of the challenges faced by his community and has dedicated himself to creating positive change. Through his organization, Tata aims to address various issues such as poverty, food insecurity, and lack of access to education, climate change and healthcare in rural areas.
